I agree that this something that snowballed. Er....what is the nature of your 'train garden'? If it is a model cho cho can you post a pict? I could tell you a wild story of someone I knew long ago that had that kind of 'train garden'. Let me know if you want to read it.
Best quote from the blog: "Here you can see how skilled we are at cardboard mountain creation. Seeing this again almost makes me aroused at my own awesomeness."
OK, this is how big a dork I am...my first thought was 'well, if you used marzipan for your figures, you could simulate stubble by gently rubbing their faces with a fine grater, like a nutmeg or ginger grater' :D
I wish they made gummi bears with sufficient, magnificent stubble, so Viggo could have really been portrayed. *snort* That's great!! Ah, to have that much free time. Pretty good results, tho.
There is only one thing in Helm's Deep I'd like to put in my mouth and I can't find it in that picture! LOL! I want to eat Aragorn's Twizzler, lol! Or his Licorice Stick! Or suck his lollipop. Or maybe I can stretch out his Sweetwater Taffy!!!!!
This is just too good- the possibilities of edible Aragorn parts are endless!
Wonder if this will sit around their house for as long as our gingerbread house did last year. By Halloween, Abby said, "Mom, can we eat that yet?" I didn't have the heart to tell her we needed to toss it, so the next day (after tossing it, of course) I told her that the dogs ate it!
We did that once, told the kids we had to throw it away, and promised we'd make a miniature house... took graham crackers, marshmallow creme, icing, fruit snacks... and they had a blast!
Thanks so much for asking! Well, still have the nausea, but I switched prenatals and it's gotten better. I have more energy than I did at Christmas, but still get tired around mid afternoon (thank God there's a Starbucks near by!) Other than that, I feel great! Really looking forward to it all (minus the sleepless nights!)
I have a checkup next Friday, and will find out the sex in a few weeks. I'll keep ya posted!
