Best quote from the blog: "Here you can see how skilled we are at cardboard mountain creation. Seeing this again almost makes me aroused at my own awesomeness."

I love geeks!

that's called self what? ;-)

If you look in the next post you'll see...

What do you wish you could have changed about the finished product?

I wish they made gummi bears with sufficient, magnificent stubble, so Viggo could have really been portrayed.

Looks like one of those things that started small that snowballed. Like the 'train garden' in our basement!

OK, this is how big a dork I am...my first thought was 'well, if you used marzipan for your figures, you could simulate stubble by gently rubbing their faces with a fine grater, like a nutmeg or ginger grater'
:D

'train garden'

I agree that this something that snowballed. Er....what is the nature of your 'train garden'? If it is a model cho cho can you post a pict? I could tell you a wild story of someone I knew long ago that had that kind of 'train garden'. Let me know if you want to read it.

There is only one thing in Helm's Deep I'd like to put in my mouth and I can't find it in that picture! LOL! I want to eat Aragorn's Twizzler, lol! Or his Licorice Stick! Or suck his lollipop. Or maybe I can stretch out his Sweetwater Taffy!!!!!

This is just too good- the possibilities of edible Aragorn parts are endless!

Well....astonishing!! What more can I say :)

I thought her comments were very funny...sort of dork-aware yet proud at the same time!

Wonder if this will sit around their house for as long as our gingerbread house did last year. By Halloween, Abby said, "Mom, can we eat that yet?" I didn't have the heart to tell her we needed to toss it, so the next day (after tossing it, of course) I told her that the dogs ate it!

well it has a dusty train track, and a not working at the moment slot car track, and lots of fire stations and other sundry places.

Promise pics soon!

We did that once, told the kids we had to throw it away, and promised we'd make a miniature house... took graham crackers, marshmallow creme, icing, fruit snacks... and they had a blast!

How ya feeling?

Thanks so much for asking! Well, still have the nausea, but I switched prenatals and it's gotten better. I have more energy than I did at Christmas, but still get tired around mid afternoon (thank God there's a Starbucks near by!) Other than that, I feel great! Really looking forward to it all (minus the sleepless nights!)

I have a checkup next Friday, and will find out the sex in a few weeks. I'll keep ya posted!

And then I'll complain the kids are too busy for me, lol.
