IR seeing the History channel documentary about her. I found it fascinating but disturbing, not least because her total and continued denial of knowing what was going on around her. Either she was delusional in the extreme or (more likely) very canny.

I vote for that one. And possibly with some sense of a conscience hidden somewhere in there because who in their right mind would admit to condoning such atrocities? (Oh, but then again was she iin her right mind?)
