There are many advantages to digital music. First, it eliminates the clutter of CDs, cassettes and records. Also, it is easier to keep music organized when it’s on your computer. You don’t have to search your house or car for a misplaced disc. But, there are drawbacks to digital music. And the biggest complaint I hear is about music player compatibility. Not all players will play all music files. That’s where BonkEnc comes in handy. It will convert your music files between a variety of formats. After having the DVD in my house for over 2 weeks, I finally watched the first 2 episodes of Grey's last night (hubby was out). Pretty good. I take it contemporary music is a big part of the show. Heard lots of good songs, and not vanilla pop ones either.

I'm not sure what that encoder is myself, but the program is handy to put everything in an MP3 format. All these programs like to save in their own little format.
