I don't have social anxiety, but I am not very social in general.

That sums me up in a nutshell. While I may not look forward to a social event I have to go to, once I'm there I just enjoy myself. Sort of contradictory, you think?

I guess somewhat, but I am the same way. You could say we have good coping mechanisms, and we make the best of situations.

Lots of times when they go out at work I laugh and say I'm antisocial. Most of the time they end up just gossiping when they do go out and that drives me absolutely nuts!
