It’s Earth Day!

Today is Earth Day, the one day when everyone thinks about the environment. Hopefully, we will all take the opportunity to make some changes. Of course, you can’t change much in a day. But you can set goals to be kinder to the environment in the upcoming year. Here's  National Geographic’s MapMachine for today’s Cool Site. It will give you a view of the entire Earth. There are plenty of maps online these days. And this one has the normal stuff, like satellite photos. But it also is different. You can see how farming and environmental threats affect us. Or, you can see how the world’s land is being used. This is a great resource for everybody concerned about the environment.
